- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆October 05, 2019, by Stacey HSave yourself alot of time and hassle and go to Durango (either Southwest Appliance or Home Depot) to shop for appliances. The owner and staff of this Sears store are extremely rude and unhelpful!! I've dealt with them several times and always have the same negative experience. I will never shop here again or recommend them to anyone.
